Nicole has helped thousands of BPO and REO Agents build and automate their businesses to levels previously never achieved. As a speaker, Nicole is accustomed to speaking in both small settings from one-hour virtual training sessions to day long classes of hundreds of people within a group setting.
As co-founder of BPO Automation Group, Nicole is a career BPO professional and state-certified real estate instructor. The BPO Automation Group has used her firsthand industry knowledge and personal experience to incorporate industry best-practices into all of the company's products.

Steve Lorimer, Senior Instructor

After Steve received his Master's degree from the University of Minnesota in 1972, he began his career by working in the social work and educational industries. He has taught numerous classes at the undergraduate level, as an Adjunct Professor at the graduate school level, and in the private sector. Retreats, workshops and formal classroom settings where courses in inter-personal skills have been instructed by Steve, starting in the mid 70's. In 1976, he got his real estate license and has been active as owner/broker of his own firm for over 12 years. During his real estate career, Steve has been involved with residential, multi-family, and commercial sales, as well as property management, syndication of real estate partnerships and land development.
Steve and his wife, Cheryl have been active real estate investors with ownership of over 25 residential properties. He has also been involved over the years in the home construction industry and personally built 19 custom and spec homes. In 1984 Steve went to work for a Mortgage Banking firm as a loan officer, then was hired in 1986 as the General Manager of one of the first mortgage brokerage firms in the State of Washington. Late in 1987 Steve opened his own mortgage firm and within a short time had three branch offices running in N.W. Washington.
Today, Steve is still managing both his real estate firm and his mortgage brokerage company as owner/ designated broker of each firm. He continues his activities both listing and selling real estate and providing home loans. In late 2009 Steve was hired as Sales Manager of the BPO Automation Group and spends a part of each day talking with real estate agents across the nation about using BPO automation and auto-accept software to increase the quantity of BPO orders and how to significantly decrease the processing time of each order. Over the years, Steve has conducted numerous financing classes for real estate agents and brings his wealth of personal experience and knowledge to the classroom.

What is the BPO University?
BPO University is a private state approved and fully-accredited school that was founded by Nicole Ocean. Nicole is a certified real estate instructor (Washington state).
BPO University is the very first accredited school to offer clock-hour approved courses on broker price opinions. All courses are caught only by certified instructors that have years of first-hand experience in the broker price opinion and real estate owned property fields.
With courses available through live classes, real estate professionals can take advantage of learning more about broker price opinion's while obtaining clock-hours that they can apply towards their continuing education requirements. Real estate professionals can choose when they want to take a class and see how will gain a competitive edge within the BPO and REO business by taking courses through the BPO University. A distance learning version of the courses will also be available in the near future.
